To view the detail of an event, please click on the posted event, clinics posted also provide registration for the events, to register, fill out the details and regsiter, then you will be redirected to our secure paypal account for a deposit to secure your registration at the event as registrations are limited. Booking an event will assure you will be able to attend the event. Once your payment is recieved, you will recieve email notification that you have been booked for the event.

Clinic Cancellation Policy: Your deposit will hold your place in our Unique Horsemanship clinic. If you cancel within 1 week of the clinic, your deposit cannot be refunded. If you cancel more than 1 week before the clinic, your deposit will be applied to your next clinic registration.

Description

Twisted Terrain has a fun and exciting Mountain Trail Course. This course will host multiple shows and events in this wonderful new discipline. What exactly would a show be like for Mountain Trail? Come to this special event and learn all about it. Hosted by 3 time national champion Mark Bolender, you will be introduced to what Mountain Trail competitions can consist of, enjoy time spent with your horse, and participate in numerous fun challenges allowing you to explore the course and prepare for future competitions.

Cost: 75.00 for all classes you qualify for -or- 20.00 per class. Money classes are 25.00 buy-in with 50% payback. 1st place = 50%, 2nd place = 30%, 3rd place = 20%

In-Hand competition: Work your horse through the obstacles from the ground
Course in teams: working with a partner each completes the course. The team who's two times match the closest will win
Announcers Choice: There will be a set grouping of obstacles you will complete. However, the order changes and the announcer will call it as you go
6+1: Have 6 obstacles you know you will go use, and the announcer will add 1 to the mix
Fun Finale: End the day with a fun final challenge

*FUN CLASS: Open to any rider for an additional $25 .00 buy-in. The jackpot offers a pay out to the top 3 placements. 50% of the buy-in is paid out in the following manner: 1st place receives 50%, 2nd place receives 30%, 3rd place receives 20%

Show starts at 9am with an introduction to scoring and divisions in Mountain Trail competitions and will continue until all events are completed. No concessions available so be sure to bring a lunch. Waivers must be signed by all riders prior to entering the course. Riders 18 years and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
